From download to a holding

Download, verify, then buy from 1mg. KYC is required before you can trade.

  2. Complete KYC

    Identity checks are required before you can buy or sell. The documents requested depend on your nationality and are listed in the app.

  3. Fund, buy, hold or deliver

    Add funds, buy from 1mg at the live quote, keep metal in the vault, or request delivery from 10 grams.

Install 1mg Gold from the App Store or Google Play and create an account with your mobile number.

2. KYC

Submit the identity documents the app requests. You cannot buy or sell until verification completes. We do not publish a guaranteed number of minutes.

3. Fund

Add money using the methods shown in the app for your country.

4. Buy

Choose a weight from 1mg (or an amount of money). Confirm the live buy quote.

5. Hold or deliver

Leave metal in the Dubai vault, sell later in the app, or request physical delivery from 10 grams.
