Please note that deleting your account from the 1mg.gold app is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all of your personal information, transaction history, and any stored data will be permanently erased from our system. This includes any gold holdings, transaction records, and any associated user data. If you have any pending transactions, please complete them before initiating the deletion process. Additionally, any referral rewards or benefits linked to your account will also be lost and cannot be recovered. If you wish to use our services again in the future, you will need to create a new account from scratch. Please be sure to withdraw any funds from your account and review all important details before proceeding with the account deletion.
Step 1
To delete your account on the 1mg.gold mobile app, first navigate to the Settings section by tapping on the bottom navigation bar. From there, select Personal Information.
Step 2
Next, scroll down and find the option labeled Delete Account. Tap on it to initiate the account deletion process.
Step 3
You will be presented with important warnings regarding the deletion of your account. Please read these carefully, and if you are sure, tap on Delete My Account.
Step 4
Finally, a prompt will appear asking you to confirm the deletion. Confirm this action, and your account will be permanently deleted from our system.
